It's not what you think

We started a tradition in our family that on April Fools day, you have to make a food that looks like another food. So these are some of the foods we had fun with this year. It was a lot of fun! (Sorry this is posted months later.... I have been slacking)

 The hamburgers are cookies!

 The ice cream cones are really mini banana breads, and the cake is a calzone that we frosted with pink Alfredo sauce

For St Patty's day we have a lot of fun playing with food coloring. My sister made a rainbow cake so I decided to make some rainbow mashed potatoes. They looked so amazing! Have fun with these great pictures. Maybe you will find ideas for next year :D

Girl Scout Cookies!

So I know I haven't posted in a while. I will tr y to be better. Ya I know, I'm sure I've said that before.

Anyways. My sister in law, Sarah, and I bought about 14 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies, I'm sure those Girls were happy they knocked on our door. Anyways. This is about what our night ended up looking like.
