1 can chick peas
1 can white beans
1 can chipotle pinto beans
1 can corn
1 can diced green chilies
1 - 2 cans water
1/2 of a jalepeno diced
2 tab corn starch
Salt to taste
Garlic to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
1/4 cup green peppers
Cook in crock pot 6-8 hours
Add about a cup of shredded pepper jack cheese and about a cup of sour cream before serving.
